THE ROLE:

“AI Solution Architect -GPU” position is in the AMD AI group

THE PERSON:

Success in this role will require deep knowledge of Data Center AI workloads such as LLM, Generative AI, Recommendation, Vision. The candidate needs to have hands-on experiences with various AI models, end-to-end pipeline, industry framework / SDKs and solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Position technical proposals to top customers.
• Provide significant contribution to customer PoC success.
• Drive customer requirements for AI SW, solution roadmap planning.
• Provide inputs to hardware silicon / board roadmap for AI cross cloud and edge
• Analyze competitive solutions to identify strength and weakness for articulate value propositions.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong expertise with GPU, CUDA, ROCm is a must
• Hands-on experience with AI software is a must (e.g. TensorRT, vLLM, Megatron-LM, Pytorch, JAX)
• Hands-on experiences of implementing and optimizing LLMs, Generative AI, Recommendation is a plus
• Experience with AI projects in hyperscale and enterprise is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentations skills, and the ability to work with multiple groups

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• BS required. MS preferred
