Orthopedic Robotic Account Executive Mako (Bogotá, Colombia) Full-time

Work Flexibility: Field-based

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
• Provide clinical and technical expertise during surgical procedures to ensure optimal usage of the Mako robotic system.
• Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the Mako robotic system.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and events to educate and engage key HCPs.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategic sales initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report sales performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, including FCPA and Stryker’s Code of Business Conduct.

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, or a related technical/administrative field of study.
• Experience in sales of high-cost products within the medical devices industry.
• Advanced English.

Preferred:

• Experience in Orthopedics.

Travel Percentage: 60%
