About the team & role
The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training, and iteration under TikTok and other international products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction. You will have the opportunity to join the fast-growing space of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development and training of an AI model and driving operational efficiency and quality. In ensuring the goals of the project are achieved, you need to continuously optimize project processes and improve the efficiency of project implementation through analysis of business conditions and regularly communicate with cross-functional and regional teams.

Responsibilities
-Manage the end-to-end operations of labeling projects and uphold efficiency and quality by preparing and monitoring key project metrics.
-Leverage business platforms and other tools to effectively monitor and analyze project progress to ensure successful delivery.
-Drive the analysis of project data to facilitate data-driven decisions.
-Prepare regular project updates to communicate essential milestones and tasks to and improve the overall project experience in the business domain.
-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to drive project progress.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and project management (end to end) skills, as well as excellent coordination, collaborative, and time management ability.
-Proficiency ( both written and verbal) in Mandarin and full proficiency in English due to working with the Chinese market.

Preferred Qualifications
-Proven experience in cross functional work and stakeholder management.
-Experience in driving process optimisation & improvements.
-Quick earner who can grasp business knowledge and model training processes efficiently.
-Interest in social content products and a knack/eye for social trends; Previous experience in Social Media / Internet / Technology.
