Mandatory internship in IT Digital Aftersales, Data & AI from September Full-time

Aufgaben As part of our team, you will be responsible for the process and system landscape for the service contract business of cars & vans worldwide, as well as an active part of the project team in the parts trading business, for the development of a customer-oriented platform for parts sales to independent workshops.
In our department, we develop customer-oriented, cloud-based solutions for Mercedes-Benz sales companies, dealers, independent workshops and end customers using the Scrum framework with our partners. Our tech stack includes APIs, cloud technologies such as Kubernets, Java applications, Python scripting and much more
These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Coordination tasks in the project environment
• Release communication to the relevant stakeholders
• Requirements management for our individual software (specification and implementation)
• Cloud-based (AWS, K8S) application support
• Support in the development of solutions for the monitoring and housekeeping of our AWS infrastructure
• Development of individual tools for the service contract environment including data analysis (error pattern detection, troubleshooting)
• Test management (test execution, coordination, automation)
• Workshops (organization, participation and implementation)
• Analysis and implementation of potential automation solutions for access management and other administrative tasks

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of XML, JSON, REST and APIs in general
• Scripting languages (e.g. Python)
• At least one object-oriented programming language (C#, Java, C++ or similar)
• Strong communication skills: We share our knowledge and coordinate regularly – you know how to express yourself and enjoy communicating with the team
• Commitment: you are not only interested in your current tasks – you think outside the box and independently contribute suggestions for improvement or implement them directly
• Ability to work in a team: we master our challenges together and you contribute fully as part of the team
• Solution orientation: we develop the best solutions for our customers without golden balconies and you always have the goal in mind
• Reliability: whether remotely or on site in the office – we are there for each other and this is a matter of course for you too
• Analytical thinking and a strategic way of working are part of your repertoire
• Other: Project management, agile software development, JIRA, Jenkins, enjoy technical problems and solving them
