Manager – Gen AI Full-time

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reporting Gen AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI-driven reporting solutions to enhance our data analytics capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, data visualization, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven reporting solutions to improve data analytics and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Integrate AI models and algorithms into reporting solutions to provide predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Optimize data models and reporting processes for performance and scalability.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and reporting technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interpret AI-driven reports.
• Consult with the Data & Analytics team and Reporting Factory developers to build the required data infrastructure needed to host and run Reporting Gen Ai solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 7-9 years overall experience; 4+ years of professional experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions
• Proven experience in developing AI-driven reporting solutions.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms like, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Experience / involvement in organization wide digital transformations preferred
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in reporting.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics best practices.
