Manager / Associate Director – AI Solutions Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI SME to drive AI initiatives within our organization As an AI SME, we are looking at someone who would be responsible for leading, development, implantation and integration of AI solutions across our service lines. AI SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for AI implementation, and provide expert guidance to drive innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement AI strategies that align with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize AI projects that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

2. AI Solution Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using various technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.

3. AI Integration:

• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements.

4. AI Governance:

• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement AI risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

5. AI Research and Development:

– Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and innovations.

– Conduct research and development to identify new AI applications and improve existing ones.

Qualifications

1. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Good experience in AI development, implementation, and management with proven track record of successfully leading AI projects and teams.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend complex business challenges and develop innovative AI solutions.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
7. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance related to AI technologies and data privacy.
8. Proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. AI-related certifications such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer, preferred
