Manager, AI & Role-based Growth Full-time

The Business Marketing Group (BMG) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Business Growth Marketing team who has expertise in performance marketing, generative AI, and developing teams and individuals. In this role, you will lead a team of growth marketers who launch campaigns to help Meta’s advertisers grow, drive our applied AI and prompt engineering approach, and develop our role-based marketing strategy.

Manager, AI & Role-based Growth Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow a team of growth marketers to deliver business results. This includes people management responsibilities such as mentoring individuals, recruiting, training and onboarding
• Develop role-based marketing strategy and campaigns that drive adoption of advertising best practices and revenue growth
• Develop prompt engineering and applied AI approach for scaled marketing including developing QA process, evaluating models, and building intake process for requests
• Partner with martech, product and engineering teams to develop and integrate AI technology into marketing workflows
• Design and implement test plans to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and applied AI initiatives, with a focus on revenue growth
• Build productive working relationships with leaders across Meta teams (e.g. product, engineering, sales, business development, marketing operations, data science, content, martech, etc)
• Creates a healthy team environment centered on impact, transparency, individual and business growth, and fun
• Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization including executive leadership and through regular business reviews

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of increasing responsibility
• 2+ years experience building, leading and/or coaching teams
• 1+ years of experience in prompt engineering and/or implementing LLMs/generative AI tools to deliver measurable ROI for marketing use cases
• Experience applying ML concepts such as NLP, GenAI, and RAG to solve business problems, with demonstrated success in leveraging GenAI and LLM solutions to enhance marketing outcomes
• Experience in performance marketing with knowledge of channels like email, Facebook and Instagram ads, in-product notifications, etc, as well as an understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Experience working with analytics/data science teams to define metrics and design experiments
• Experience working with marketing technology, eg: marketing targeting and delivery infrastructure, reporting, AI tools, etc
• Proven leadership experience including influencing and communicating direction across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the generative AI landscape, and Meta’s advertising and AI products

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
