Machine Learning & Prompt Engineer Full-time

Job Description:

Responsibilities – your mission

• Work with domain experts, data scientists and AI specialists to accelerate ML/AI applications into production
• Developing ML systems, considering all aspects of the ML product lifecycle including model training, deployment, monitoring, and validation
• Support architecture discussions on integration of AI/ML in existing IM applications
• Deploy and maintain both software and ML systems in multi-cloud and on-prem environments
• Help define software engineering and MLOps best practices to be adopted across the business
• Participate in HR AI use cases analysis & feasibility studies
• Work with other HR digital teams to make the best use of HR data and systems

Requirements – our ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject
• Experience in one or more programming and/or scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings and LLMs
• An understanding of software design & architecture
• An understanding of statistics and machine learning (eg deep learning, convolutional neural networks, Generative AI etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP or AWS
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Requirements

• An understanding or experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with agile development principles
• An understanding of MLOps and the machine learning product life cycle
• Familiarity developing software or infrastructure for scalable systems
• Prior experience with optimizing machine learning algorithms
• Experience designing, building, and operating machine learning solutions, leveraging specific machine learning architectures
• Have strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
