Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and implement bot features.
• Test and troubleshoot bots to ensure high performance and usability.
• Analyze user interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain documentation for bot development processes.

Required Skills

• Assist in designing and building chatbots and voice bots using the Kore.ai platform.
• Work on integrating bots with various APIs.
• Create custom reports and dashboards in Tableau to visualize bot performance metrics
