Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary AI professional to lead the AIOps team within our Intelligent Automation division. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in AI, with deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical acumen, R&D focus, and the ability to mentor and guide a team driving cutting-edge AIOps solutions for IT operations management.<

Key Responsibilities:< <

Lead AIOps Research: Spearhead R&D efforts to develop AI solutions for AIOps, focusing on areas like predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, incident correlation, and root cause analysis.

Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AIOps AI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.

Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level guidance on ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI technologies to develop robust and scalable solutions.<

AIOps Innovation: Drive the adoption of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, BERT), and agentic AI for intelligent automation and IT operations.<

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of AI researchers, data scientists, and ML engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.<

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of impactful AIOps solutions.<

Strategic Vision: Contribute to the development of AIOps strategies and roadmaps, setting clear milestones and objectives to drive innovation and create business value.< <

Must-Have Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).<

10+ years of experience in AI, with a focus on ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications.<

Proven expertise in AIOps-specific use cases such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and incident management.

Expert proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Strong experience with Generative AI and LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or similar transformer models.

Experience with MLOps tools and cloud-based AI services, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.<

Proven team leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and growing technical teams.<

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset.<

Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<

Ability to manage and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and innovation.< <

Good-to-Have Skills:< <

Advanced Degree: A Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as AI, Computer Science, or Mathematics.<

Industry Recognition: Prior contributions to AI research (e.g., publications in top-tier journals or conferences).

Experience with AIOps tools: Knowledge of AIOps platforms or tools (e.g., Moogsoft, Splunk, ServiceNow).

Strong Background in IT Operations: Experience in IT operations management and its integration with AI solutions.

Familiarity with Automation Technologies: Exposure to intelligent automation and process automation tools beyond AIOps.<

Experience with Data Engineering: Understanding of data engineering practices and how they tie into AI solution deployment.<
