Machine Learning Engineer Full-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, along with proven leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, driving projects from conception to deployment, and ensuring the successful implementation of machine learning models and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of machine learning projects, including data acquisition, feature engineering, model selection, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop scalable and efficient machine learning algorithms and models that address business challenges and opportunities.
• Implement best practices for model evaluation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure model performance and reliability in production environments.
• Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related fields, and integrate innovative technologies and techniques into our projects and processes.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, accessibility, and governance across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and solutions in real-world applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning and data science, such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading and mentoring a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools is a plus.
