Machine Learning Engineer Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to the development and integration of machine learning technologies for improving our products and services.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in deploying and maintaining machine learning models, optimizing ML pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Transform machine learning model prototypes into production-ready, optimized ML pipelines
• Design and implement automated training pipelines for machine learning models
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate machine learning solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines
• Assess model performance and refine algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
• Deploy machine learning models in production environments, ensuring stability and efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest machine learning advancements and integrate relevant technologies
• Document processes, models, and code to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of high-quality software development

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Skilled in real-time model inference using FastAPI or Flask
• Expertise in both batch and real-time application integration
• Extensive experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, analysis and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiar with ML experiment management tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow, and experience working with feature stores
• Proficient in building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
• Proficient in Machine Learning Operations concepts (e.g., data drift, model drift, metrics, F1 score)
• Knowledge of LLMs
