Job Title: Data Scientist (NLP/ML/AI/MLOps/Cloud AI/Gen AI)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs) or MLOps or Cloud AI, and/or Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building advanced AI models, analyzing complex datasets, and deploying machine learning pipelines to solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• NLP & LLMs: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models, including large language models for various use cases such as chatbots, document understanding, and content generation.
• Machine Learning: Design and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation systems, and other business use cases.

• AI & Generative AI: Build and deploy AI models, including those for generative AI applications like text generation, image generation, and other creative AI-driven solutions.

• MLOps: Develop and implement MLOps practices for scaling and automating ML model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

• Cloud AI: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy scalable AI solutions, manage infrastructure, and optimize costs.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights, improve model performance, and support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and data engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Experimentation: Continuously run experiments to improve model accuracy and efficiency, and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK) and LLMs like GPT, BERT, etc.
• Experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Google AI, Azure AI) and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of generative models (GANs, VAEs, Diffusion models) is a plus.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, NLP, ML, or AI roles.
• Prior experience with LLMs, MLOps, and Cloud AI solutions is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
