Creativity is the soul of advertising. The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

This team is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and building the products for Symphony, TikTok’s suite of AI-powered creative tools. A key product within Symphony is Creative Studio, a video generation tool that can produce a TikTok video in minutes from minimal inputs, supporting advertisers and content creators with free capabilities to make the creative production process easier and more efficient. The team will continue to expand Symphony with new AI-driven products and features that revolutionize the way creators and brands ideate and develop content on TikTok.

The technological innovation of AIGC is causing an industry revolution. AIGC enhances the richness of content, improves the efficiency of creative production, significantly reduces the production costs of content, thereby enhancing the marketing effectiveness of advertisers. It is foreseeable that there will be great returns for the creative industry. Therefore, we want to invest more to this area.

Responsibilities
– Lead the product vision, strategy and execution for Symphony Creative Studio, an AI-powered tool that automates TikTok ad creation, enabling advertisers and creators to produce high-quality, engaging videos quickly and efficiently with minimal manual effort.
– Continuously expand and enhance Creative Studio’s AI capabilities by testing and integrating new models and techniques as they emerge, keeping the tool at the cutting edge of generative AI for creative production.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
– Develop a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of TikTok’s advertisers, and use that knowledge to develop new and innovative ad products that leverage the power of AI-generated content.
– Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, well-designed products that meet user needs and exceed business objectives.
– Partner with business development and sales teams to drive adoption of new products and features among advertisers, and to develop new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
– Track and analyze key product metrics, and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to drive innovation and keep TikTok at the forefront of the advertising landscape.
– Be a thought leader and advocate for the role of AI-generated content in the advertising industry, driving a visionary agenda that sets TikTok apart as a leader in this space.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
– Many years of product management experience building products/tools related to marketplace, advertising, or creatives.
– Experience developing products that leverage generative AI/machine learning to automate creative production or content creation workflows is a major plus.
– Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.
– Strong experience with AI technologies and their application in advertising.
– Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
– Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
