We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our team.

This position entails the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms across various domains, such as NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities

• Design machine learning models and algorithms for diverse applications
• Maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and evaluation
• Employ machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn for model building and tuning
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and perform statistical analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate machine learning models into production settings
• Deploy cloud-based solutions via AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Perform experiments, assess models, and refine them based on performance metrics

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP)
• Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Background in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• B2+ English level proficiency
