We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our team.

In this position, you will take charge of creating, building, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms across various domains such as NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for diverse applications
• Construct and manage scalable ML pipelines for data handling, model training, and assessment
• Employ machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn to develop and optimize models
• Analyze large datasets to derive valuable insights and perform statistical analysis
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to incorporate machine learning models into operational settings
• Deploy cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) for model deployment, monitoring, and enhancement
• Perform experiments, assess models, and refine them based on performance indicators

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a comparable role
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn
• Experience in cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP)
• Solid familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Background in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• B2+ English level proficiency
