We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.

In this capacity, you will design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, such as NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for diverse applications
• Construct and manage scalable ML pipelines for data handling, model training, and evaluation
• Employ machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn to develop and refine models
• Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and conduct statistical analysis
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to integrate machine learning models into operational settings
• Develop cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Perform experiments, assess models, and refine them based on performance indicators

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in a role such as Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong expertise in fields like machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP)
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Background in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• B2+ English level proficiency
