We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. You will work on building and maintaining scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and evaluation
• Utilize machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn to build and fine-tune models
• Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and apply statistical analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments
• Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and iterate on them based on performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and other AI technologies

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience of 8 to 12 years as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP)
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience with building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• B2+ English level proficiency
