Our challenge

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer with strong experience in AI/ML, Python and SQL to be part of our AI Team and collaborate successfully.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Team leadership, providing mentorship, guidance and support.
• Planning, execution, and management of projects from creation to deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Supervision and management of data acquisition, preparation, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality data for model training.
• Improvements implementation and optimizations as required.
• Documentation and Reporting..
• Ensuring that implementations are complying with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
• Ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.

Requirements.

You are:

• 8+ years of experience in similar AI/ML roles.
• Strong experience in Requirement Gathering.
• Experience working with Sr Architects and creating low level design documentation.
• Expertise with Azure Cloud, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service.
• Proficient on building applications with Azure Cloud, using Python & Angular as backend and front end.
• Experience with Deployment tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps Services, CI/CD Tols (Jenkins, Travis CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Data storage and Management: Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB.
• Good experience monitoring and logging tools: Azure Monitor, Application Insights.
• Experience with Information Retrieval Technologies (RAG): Azure Cognitive Services.
• Strong communication skills (Fluent in English)
