Role: Kore.ai and Conversational Chatbot design

Location: Remote

Must-Have Skills:
1. Practical Kore.ai Development Experience: It involves knowledge and experience in developing chatbots using Kore.ai platform.

The applicants need to have hands-on experience in creating, developing, and managing Kore.ai bots.
2. Conversational Chatbot Design: It involves the ability to design and model conversational flows for chatbots, understand the user intents, and effectively train and test the chatbots.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing, building, and managing Kore.ai chatbots and other AI solutions.
2. Collaborating with the development team to integrate Kore.ai capabilities into existing systems.
3. Training and tuning Kore.ai models to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Kore.ai implementations.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide AI-based solutions.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Kore.ai updates and AI trends.
7. Providing technical support and training to end-users.
8. Documenting all Kore.ai processes and implementations.
