Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION strongITGP Artificial Intelligence & Innovationdefines the strategy regarding AI infrastructure and relies on AI certified products to offer Production services to Entity / Regions within secured IT environments. ITGP Artificial Intelligence & Innovation is responsible for providing:

• AI Services: machine learning platform, LLM services, MLOps environment
• Data services: Data platforms (datahub v1/v2), Datastage service, Stream services
• Smart automation services: RPA and IDP
• DevSecOps services relying on the group devops toolchain

As an AI infrastructure engineering engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the technical infrastructure for ITG’s data and artificial intelligence systems.

You will work in the Data Ops teams in the AI & Innovation Services & Production department in close collaboration with the technical and business teams to ensure the security, availability and performance of applications within your scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain in operational condition applications under scope and ensure security, resilience and integrity

• Incident, change and problem management.
• Assessment and remediation of risks, particularly those related to security and service continuity.
• Obsolescence management.
• Documentation of the procedural framework supporting operational processes.

Conducts projects, designs solutions, participates in technical studies, defines adapted architectures, builds prototypes and deploys the most appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with the development and business lines:

• Design and deploy data architectures to meet the needs of banking applications.
• Set up data clusters to store and process large amounts of data.
• Establish efficient data pipelines for the ingestion, processing and storage of mass data.
• Manage the performance and security of data systems.

Deployment and Administration of Kubernetes/OpenShift solutions:

• Deploy and configure Kubernetes clusters to host applications within its perimeter.
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for applications.
• Managing Kubernetes cluster updates and patches.

Committed in a continuous improvement approach

• Identify and resolve Big Data infrastructure issues and propose improvements.
• Produce the data and APIs (Application Programming Interface) needed to drive and automate the production and exploitation of solutions. Automate recurrent operations
• Participate in the optimization of the server environment (performance audits, tunning)
• Technological trend awareness including tools and methodologies used.
• Optimizing costs

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years’ experience on standard infrastructure and 5 years in native cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes and/or Openshift)
• Working proficiency in English (B2).
• French competence is optional and considered a plus.
• Expert in DevOps technologies (CI/CD, Argo, GitLab, Artifactory, VAULT).
• Strong knowledge in Elasticsearch and Prometheus
• Knowledge in GoLang
• Experience in AWS / Azure / Google experience
• Knowledge in MLflow and Kubeflow
