Job description:

• Research experience: You research on existing Software Verification techniques with LLMs
• Take responsibility: You own HW-Design knowledge of RISC-V processors and HW-SW interface knowledge
• Lifelong learning: You get started with working and using of in-house software code generator and possess know-how of RUST and C programming languages
• Reliable work: You take over verification through LLMs and its initial use case on the generated kernel libraries via an in-house software code generator

Your Profile:

• Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or similar
• Knowledge: You possess knowledge in Embedded Software, RISC-V Architecture
• Experience: You already possess experience in LLM’s would be a plus
• Skills: You are skilled in Python, and C or Rust
• Personality: You are skilled in problem-solving and adaptability and possess great attention to detail
• Language skills: You have German and English skills, both written and spoken
