Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the world’s largest cloud infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online Products and Services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. The role of the Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) – AI Leases requires interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. We are seeking a ITIM with the ability to self – direct and who has a background in Data Center Construction & Fit – out projects, with an emphasis on passive telecom infrastructure/construction management.
The ITIM is responsible for the program management of all integration and technical infrastructure fit – out activities associated with MSFT owned system and/or services and critical infrastructure that is required to be installed into new data center bui lds or lease facilities to deliver capacity to the business in the Phoenix, Arizona metro . The role requires the identification and management of scopes and interdependencies between all external and internal stakeholders and coordinating same with the physical construction build and general contractor. The ITIM is responsible for coordinat ing the handover process and ensuring the required handover documentation and expectations are met to handover the space to our Operations teams and the business.
The ITIM is responsible for producing and managing project plans and executing major milestones ( Early Access, Ready Network Install, Corpnet Live, Security CX Complete, Fit Out Complete, Lockdown, Colo Ready ) and for the financial approval and management function.
This position will be based in Phoenix, Arizona and will have responsibility of leading DCI scope of work for multiple Lease projects across the Phoenix, Arizona metro .

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMI (Project Management Institute) – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification highly desired
• BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation Experience preferred.
• Experience managing large scale data center projects with both localized and virtual teams.
• Client or Contractor side Datacenter construction or management experience.
Construction Project Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 – $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 – $200,500 per year.
