Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in AI-driven initiatives.
• Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis and process reengineering to leverage AI technologies for addressing government challenges and improving service delivery.
• Perform feasibility analysis for AI use cases, evaluating their potential impact and viability within government projects.
• Monitor the progress of AI initiatives, manage risks and ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.
• Prepare concept notes, detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support on AI adoption, policy frameworks and the integration of AI technologies in public sector operations and services.
• Focus on collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful AI adoption and drive capacity building by upskilling government personnel.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, business process reengineering, stakeholder management and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to identify key issues, evaluate alternatives and recommend AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in performing feasibility analysis for AI use cases and their implementation in the public sector.
• Knowledge of AI initiatives at the national level, emerging trends in AI and their applicability to public sector projects.

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience in AI or emerging technology projects within the public sector or government digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools and technologies is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Kannada is preferred but not mandatory.
