Job Description:

How you’ll make your mark:
• You will lead the sales community to success. Communicate effectively to set direction for the team in line with the company’s vision and strategy. You will inspire the team to meet and exceed goals whilst managing the HPE CMS sales motion strategy and deployment towards growth and increased profitability.
• Engage with key customer executives (CEO, CFO, COO) to understand the customers’ business context and build trust. Coach and guide team members to develop and deliver HPE CMS’ value proposition in line with the customer’s business priorities. Create early stage opportunities by managing top customers’ executive level relationships.
• Recruit and develop your team – coaching them to craft the right technical, IT and Network investment, pricing and sales strategies to win.
• Orchestrate major Enterprise-level customer engagements for HPE CMS to make sure we deliver results through the best customer experience in the Telecom Industry.
• Establish sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management, with clear roles and responsibilities in each stage of the sales process.
• Manage strategic and tactical sales planning at both segment and account levels, considering the intersection of technology, people and economics. Follow up to ensure consistent execution.

About you:
• University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals.
• Proven experience managing a high performing sales teams is advantageous
• Demonstrate excellence in project management.

USD Annual Salary: $189,500.00 – $445,500.00
