The Head of Gen AI Model Compliance Review reports to the Head of the Office of Fair Lending and Privacy and is responsible for the framework and confirming execution of the required ICRM’s compliance reviews and assessments posed by Gen AI models produced by lines of businesses and functions.
This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework specifically tailored to Gen AI models, ensuring transparency, accountability, fairness, and data privacy, as well as any other applicable compliance risks. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the deployment and use of Gen AI technologies comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Serves as a key compliance risk manager and thought leader for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm’s risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM product and function coverage teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet business and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework.
