Confidentially Head of AI Consulting Role for Global Consulting Firm
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the AI consulting practice
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) who are looking at investing into AI in Japan
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth within the AI analytics and Data science areas
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the AI and transformation practice
Required skills
- Experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, System Integration, or Sales with a focus on Digital Transformation and AI.
- Strong relationships with executives in key client accounts in Japan
- Experience winning large DX and AI deals with clients in Japan while managing consulting execution/delivery
- Business level English
