Group Product Manager, Quantum AI Full-time

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences or Technology Product Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a product manager or management consultant in a technical area.
• Experience in quantum computing or adjacent industries.
• Experience in developing strategy for, and landing, successful deep technology products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships, interact with executives, and work with technical and non-technical counterparts.
• Excellent people management and organizational skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Drive product hypotheses, testing, and iteration to make useful quantum computers a reality.
• Ensure product strategy is aligned with Google Quantum AI roadmap and priorities.
• Identify market opportunities and commercial strategy.
• Manage a team and work with hardware engineers, software engineers, researchers, business development, partners, and users to develop products.
