The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song (S&C GN Song) practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing, Sales and Service, Commerce. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting business metrics in a positive manner.

Adobe Firefly Analyst is a beginner-level position within the Marketing Transformation offering of S&C GN Song. You will work closely with our clients to help design, build, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, conceptualize creative solutions, and execute projects that exceed expectations. You will play a key role in driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Generative AI and Adobe Firefly.

The key responsibilities will include the following:

• Support client engagements through Generative AI offerings and solutions.
• Work closely with project manager and consultants to curate and deliver best suited long-term Generative AI solution to address the client requirement.
• Work as a Business Analyst to collect and document client requirements. Design and help develop tailored solutions, considering clients’ business objectives.
• Work with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and designs that leverage the full potential of the Adobe Firefly platform.
• Create multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, to enhance user engagement and interactivity.

• Demonstrate functional & technical expertise on Generative AI along with broad understanding of text-to-image and large language models (LLMs).
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that Adobe Firefly projects meet design specifications, functionality requirements, and client expectations.
• Help create documentation, guidelines, and training materials to support internal teams and clients in using and maintaining Generative AI and Adobe Firefly projects.
• Demonstrate robust problem-solving abilities by thinking strategically and creatively to identify and tackle challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Strong fundamentals on marketing from both brand & agency functioning perspective.
• Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.
• Ability to learn and understand new tools/solutions.
• An understanding of copy, content, and design and end to end content supply chain.
• Proficient in marketing research and analysis.

• Be adept at workingin a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong presentation skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders.
• Strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.

Your experience counts!

• MBA from a tier 1 institute with specialization in marketing / data science or statistics.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, Adobe creative cloud
• Experience in designing and developing digital experiences using Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience in UX design, design systems and close collaboration with design teams.
• Deep marketing, functional and technical understanding of models for Generative AI.
• Experience of working in a collaborative and team-oriented setup, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and client engagements.
• Comfortable to work on large sets of data and be adept at storytelling to help build PowerPoint narratives for client discussions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
