Global Data & AI Counsel – Global Services Legal Full-time

THE WORK:

• Support the Data & AI business team in assessing new offerings and preparing them for market, driven by challenges and a commitment to innovation.
• Collaborate with Global Services Legal and other teams to ensure compliance and thrive on continuous advancement in legal frameworks.
• Work with Legal and Risk teams to identify risks and develop strategies, dedicated to ongoing improvement in risk management.
• Enable Sales & Delivery Legal teams with contracting templates and guidance, proactive in skill enhancement and process efficiency.
• Assist in evaluating acquisitions and post-merger integration with a forward-thinking and growth-driven mindset.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI services.
• Experience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with emerging technologies and offerings and related contract structures.
• Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offerings, including with respect to data protection and privacy.
• Track record of developing trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Experience shaping deals and evaluating innovative commercial models for new product and service offerings, ideally including data & AI services.
