Generative AI Tester Full-time

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Tester to lead our Generative AI implementation testing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of Generative AI solutions across various applications and use cases. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, developers, and program managers to identify testing requirements, define test plans, and execute test cases.

Responsibilities:

• Develops test strategies and plans for Generative AI implementations.
• Design and execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing requirements and priorities.
• Identify and document defects, issues, and risks related to Generative AI implementations.
• Work closely with developers and program managers to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for efficient and effective testing.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in testing methodologies and processes for Generative AI implementations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on AI or machine learning applications.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases for complex software systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for test automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Transformation Experience in F&A or Marketing or HR domains is good to have
