Generative AI Solution Architect (Agentic Systems) Full-time

ABOUT THE ROLE

As one of the worlds leading digital transformation service providers, we are looking to actively expand our Data Practice across Europe to meet increasing client demand for our services. We are looking for a Gen AI Solution Architect specializing in agentic workflows to join our consultancy team at EPAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI solutions with a specific focus on autonomous systems and agent-based workflows, ensuring seamless integration and deployment in complex business environments. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and strategic aspects of AI, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities to drive client transformations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect advanced Gen AI solutions focusing on agentic workflows to meet specific client needs
• Lead the development and integration of AI systems, ensuring they align with the clients business objectives and technology infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and scalable AI solutions
• Provide technical leadership in AI, mentoring team members and leading by example in coding and system design
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and cloud technologies, integrating new findings into solutions
• Work closely with clients to define requirements, present solutions and gather feedback to refine systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI deployment and data handling

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI and cloud technologies
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing agentic workflows and autonomous systems
• Strong technical proficiency with Python and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Deep understanding of data science, machine learning algorithms and statistical principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams and interfacing effectively with clients at all levels
• Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within specific industries, demonstrating a broad understanding of the technology landscape
• A proactive approach and curiosity to continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape
• A bachelors degree in computer science, AI, Data Science or a related field is required

Nice to have

• Certifications in AI or machine learning technologies
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with the regulatory and ethical considerations in deploying AI solutions in various industries
• A Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field is highly preferred
