Generative AI Developer – TS/SCI Clearance Required Full-time

Work you’ll do

As a GenAI Engineer, you will be required to interpret business needs and select appropriate technologies and ideally have experience in implementing GenAI solutions. You will work with key business stakeholders, IT experts, and subject-matter experts to plan and deliver optimal data solutions. You will create, maintain, and optimize data pipelines as workloads move from development to production for specific use cases to ensure seamless data flow for the use case. You will perform technical and non-technical analyses on project issues and help to ensure technical implementations follow quality assurance metrics. You will analyze data and systems architecture, create designs, and implement information systems solutions.

The GPS AI & Data Engineering (AI&DE) offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to deliver insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must have an Active TS/SCI or above government security clearance
• 4+ years of experience programming in Python or R
• 4+ years of experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM)
• 4+ years of experience programmatically interacting with cloud (e.g.: Amazon Web Service (AWS)) services and products
• 4+ years of experience with GenAI tools like, spaCy, NLTK, Gensim, ChatGPT, huggingface, or BERT
• 4+ years of experience designing solutions to address client requirements
• Travel up to 10%

Preferred:

• In depth understanding of AI protocols and standards
• Understanding of technology risks and the ability to assess and mitigate them
• Deep knowledge of a specific domain or industry, with a focus on applying NLP/LLM solutions in that context
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting software or solutions design issues
• Experience with unsupervised learning models, foundational modeling, and/or prompt engineering
• Ability to display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
• Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
