Generative AI Developer Full-time

Responsibilities
• Understand the architecture and design of Gen AI solutions, including data ingestion, processing, modeling, and deployment.
• Evaluate the framework, tools and models for building the solution
• Build and test Gen AI component/solution, POCs using framework and tools like Langchain, Llama Index, RAGAs etc.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering techniques, databases including SQL, Vector and Graph DB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop AI / Gen AI solutions.
• Deployment of the AI/Gen AI solutions on different environment using AIOPs pipelines.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and ways to implement it in solution, testing the solution against the defined principles.
• Experience in fine tuning the open-source model using various tuning techniques.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) for text generation projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and considerations.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and proficiency in LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning, Vector DB, Embeddings, GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Open AI, Gemini, Zero shot, One shot and Few shot prompting, ReAct Prompting, Chain Of Thought.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
