Generative AI Consultant – Data Analytics Consulting (m/f/d) Full-time

As one of the worlds leading digital transformation service providers, we are looking to actively expand our Data Practice across Europe to meet increasing client demand for our services. We are looking for a Senior Data Consultant in Germany with a specific focus on Generative AI. The role is a senior level position and offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies, deliver ML/AI-driven solutions and play a highly visible role partnering closely with multiple clients and our Data leadership teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and advisory efforts on Generative AI projects, including identifying business needs, defining goals and developing roadmaps for implementation of projects in relation to the organizational classification of Data Science
• Play a key role in identifying suitable technologies for the implementation of Data Science programs, within the rapidly co-evolving technology and regulatory landscape
• Work closely with teams of data analysts, data scientists, architects and delivery managers to drive high-quality services and solutions to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, wider EPAM teams and participate in business development activities to help win new business
• Stay up to date on emerging data analytics and data science trends and technologies, relevant legislative and regulatory changes and continuously building consultative skills and industry knowledge within the team relevant legislative and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Deep prior technical experience in an Analytics/Data Science development role
• Knowledge and understanding of different architectures: CNN/RNN, Transformers, LLM, Multimodal, Foundation models etc
• Experience in conceptual consulting for clients in Machine Learning and AI technologies
• Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow
• A proven track record of working with technical teams, scoping engagements and delivering results as an accountable team lead
• Relevant experience in adapting technology development strategy to policy scope or highly regulated context
• Experience of acting in an advisory capacity with clients to move their requirements and vision to a technology and strategic direction for the implementation of relevant solutions
• Ability to operate at the strategic level yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
• Fluent German and English communications skills are essential
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field or relevant work experience
