Generative AI Architect Full-time

Job Description Summary
As a GenAI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of GenAI solutions that solve complex business problems. You’ll work closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and other customers to conceptualize, prototype, test, and release GenAI Solutions. You will also be the technical authority on all aspects of our GenAI infrastructure and services. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in software architecture, machine learning, deep learning, and scalable cloud computing. You should also have a deep understanding of AI application development, deployment, and testing. Additionally, you must have excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to

• Design and develop the architecture and infrastructure for GenAI systems, including data storage, processing, and retrieval mechanisms. Ensure scalability, flexibility, performance, and efficiency of the GenAI systems to handle large volumes of data and complex algorithms seamlessly.
• Should lead the decision-making process for technical and architectural choices with external Gen AI service providers (for example: Microsoft, Amazon etc.) to ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
• Must collaborate with Business Partners, Stakeholders, product owners and software engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into Gen AI (enterprise) solutions. Must have experience in model optimization and fine-tuning of large language models for better performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
• Demo the results of analyses/design in a clear and impactful manner. Able to break down sophisticated AI & Machine Learning model knowledge to easy to interpret information for non-technical audiences. Identify relevant Use Case specific data sources and design methods for data collection, integration, cleansing, and transformation. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure quality and relevance of data for GenAI model training.
• Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate AI systems into existing platforms or applications. Ensure seamless communication and compatibility between GenAI components and other software modules.
• Ensure alignment to ethical AI practices, such as fairness, transparency, and accountability. Address biases and potential risks associated with AI systems to ensure responsible deployment and usage.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms. Conduct research and experimentation to explore innovative approaches and techniques that can enhance Enterprise AI capabilities.
• Test and evaluate different Gen AI models and algorithms to determine their effectiveness to meet business needs. Should Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Development and other team members. • Must align / support the organization’s GenAI strategy adoption.

Minimum Requirements

• Should have 8+ years as an AI Architect or in a similar role. Required solid understanding, experience in advanced machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, NLP, large language models, Knowledge Graphs, AI Agents.
• Should have knowledge and experience with models such as BERT, GPT, Roberta, etc.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms.
• Strong Experience of NLP (NLTK, Spacy, Gensim, BERT, SBERT models). Required good Experience of LLMs, GenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, EmbedChain, Transformers, Reinforcement Learning.
• Should be able to learn and adapt to advancements in GenAI technology and work on POCs.
• Must have experience in Python and other languages preferably 3+ years. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Must be proficient in using AZURE/AWS Cloud Platform for GenAI.
• Good to have knowledge of training neural networks using Tensorflow or Pytorch framework for NLP use cases. Good to have an in-depth understanding of generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models. Must be B.E. / B.Tech / MCA (computer science background)
