Capgemini Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Science, and Generative AI and Next Gen Analytics across all sectors including financial services, public sector, consumer products, manufacturing & life sciences. Our offerings include end-2-end data integration to cloud platform, complete suite of AI engineering capabilities and a category of sector-based advanced analytics / AI solutions.
This is a unique opportunity within the Insights & Data (I&D) Global Business Line (GBL) to help grow the Generative AI and Next Gen Analytics across all sectors in Australia and New Zealand. You will help shape AI deals within the business and understand our client’s demands to bring maximum value, impact, and innovation to the market. You are most likely already based in Sydney or Melbourne though we are potentially able to accommodate other base locations within Australia.

The AI Business Partner is the I&D lead for growing revenue associated with AI, GenAI and Advanced Analytics across Australia and New Zealand. The role will develop strategies to grow AI related revenue with existing and new clients and execute those strategies in collaboration with teams across local and global jurisdictions.
The role will have deep expertise in AI and Advanced Analytics techniques and use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and analytics and had exposure to c-suite executives in organisations that leverage data as a competitive advantage.
You will understand how to leverage AI based solutions to deliver value across many industries and experience in how to manage change associated with AI/GenAI solution implementation. The role will have industry exposure across banking, insurance, government, consumer products, retail, and energy & utilities.
The AU/NZ market for AI capabilities and solutions is growing fast and the role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive significant business growth. The scope of role includes the transfer of industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. This will entail Interaction with various customer stakeholders to interpret and evaluate business objectives, requirements, and propose AI/GenAI solutions.
