Gen AI Web Product Owner Full-time

Job description:

In your new role you will:

• To be a key architect in the Gen AI Services hub team, responsible for defining/updating/delivering the roadmap and service portfolio
• Responsible for Ideating new Gen AI services, prioritize user requirements, enable development from development channel partners, and maintain the Gen AI Service hub.
• Responsible to decide on the target solution (build/buy) based on the user requirements and Gen AI Service hub roadmap.
• Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical leadership, guidance, and support.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to define requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide insights into AI and ML trends.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure that the Gen AI solutions are designed and implemented to meet all relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging the development of technical skills and best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI and ML trends and technologies tonsure the team is delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, NLP/Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with at least 7 years in NLP/AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI and ML techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex AI/ML software solutions, particularly with large-scale data processing.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing teams of developers and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with customers, and external partners to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in afast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Very well organized with the day to tasks, experienced with project/program management, define, monitor, and calibrate KPIs.
