AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Working closely with internal teams at AWS, you’ll identify how our customers push the boundaries and how we can improve our services to obsess over our customers.

Being a thought leader who creates and presents content you’ll help all of our customers scale and grow in non-linear ways, using AWS as their building blocks.

In this role, you will push technology boundaries and help scale some of the Emerging companies across various Verticals in India. You will have the opportunity to partner with customers early in their cloud journey and help them scale as well as customers further in their cloud journey where you can have visible and measurable impact in their growth ambitions.

You will test traditional thinking by pushing the boundaries for your customers and AWS to dream and deliver beyond what they think is possible.

Key job responsibilities

.Work directly with customers to accelerate AI/ML and Generative AI requirements by recommending best-practice solutions and architectures in line with their long-term business needs
• Scope and own AI/ML and Gen AI customer engagements, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.

. Build Demos, Proof of Concepts based on AI/ML and Gen AI services to help accelerate business outcomes for customers through the adoption of Generative AI
• Work backwards from your customer’s business needs to accelerate adoption of the most appropriate AWS technology
• Define and execute on the strategy by engaging highly technical teams (Specialist Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, AWS professional services consultants and consulting/managed services partners).
• Act as a thought leader in AI/ML and Gen AI space in the wider community, playing a key role in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
• Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the AWS platform especially in the AI/ML and GEn AI space. Proactively work within the organisation to influence the evolution of the platform.
• Serve as a key technical member of the Solutions Architecture team through influencing decision makers across multiple domains to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform which align to long-term business goals.

As a Senior Solutions Architect focused on AI/ML and Generative AI opportunities for the ITes/GSI customer, you’ll own the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS and make recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency . They work to understand the customer’s business needs and give prescriptive guidance on how to create business value with technology. To do this they collaborate with other teams such as account management, professional services, support, product teams and the AWS partner ecosystem.

Basic qualifications
• t8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• t3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• t7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• t3+ years of experience in designing , building and integrating AI/ML solutions
• tKnowledge of Generative AI concepts and experience in designing and building solutions
• tHands On experience building solutions on cloud preferably using AI/ML and generative AI services

Preferred qualifications
• t5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• tKnowledge of AWS AI/ML and Generative AI services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

– 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

– 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries

– Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud

– Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
