As a leader in our Software Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead or support the imagining, shaping, architecting and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI and AI based applications tailored to address unique business challenges across several industries
• Collaborate with clients to establish future-proof solutions that facilitate digital transformation and drive innovation
• Understand AI / Generative AI business requirements and their translation to technology requirements/use cases
• Define technical architecture diagrams (input sources + chunking / embedding + applicable AI models / LLM models) and how these solutions work within a wider technological ecosystem
• Align technology components and assets with architectures (such as Vector DB for Embedding, Azure Open AI for LLM summarization module, etc.)
• Display your leadership skills by guiding and collaborating with diverse teams, building their capability and skills through mentorship, shadowing and career growth initiatives
• Bring expertise and innovation through all stages of the delivery lifecycle incl. proposition, methodology, technology choices, and cost-benefit analysis

We are looking for experience in the following:

• Minimum of 10 years of solutioning and architecting experience for major cloud platforms and their AI/ML offerings (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Sagemaker/Bedrock, GCP AI Platform/Vertex AI, and Microsoft Azure ML)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with traditional AI/ML solutioning
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Generative AI technologies/solutions.
• Passion about technology and people, experienced in fostering collaborative and empowered high performing teams
• The ability to effectively communicate emerging trends in technology and modern engineering practices related to applications, data, and artificial intelligence
• Strong executive presence who can influence and engage stakeholders and teams effectively
