Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

The Onefirm Gen AI Lead is responsible for developing and executing on the strategy to accelerate New Zealand’s adoption of Gen AI internal adoption and going to market enabling us to keep pace with the network.

• Oversee and manage the OneFirm Gen AI project
• Development and execution of the PwC New Zealand Gen AI Internal adoption strategy
• Ensure relevant Gen AI tools are available and used responsibly, that the benefits of Gen AI are realised for the firm
• Plan, execute and manage resources to deliver Gen AI strategy
• Connection and collaboration with the firm and with the network (Global, Asia Pacific network and with other territories) to leverage and contribute to the global Gen AI outcomes
• Ensure metrics are in place to track adoption and momentum to measure progress against defined outcomes
• Ensure that PwC Values. Code of Conduct and policies are understood and upheld
• Understand and align to our PwC Professional framework; our global leadership development framework that outlines expectations and provides transparency on the skills we need to be successful and progress in our careers
• Share own knowledge with peers on technical business and client relationship matters
• Contribute to learning experience of peers by being prepared for courses and actively participate in learning activities, sharing own knowledge and experience

• Proven track record in leading teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in a business context
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly decision makers in enterprise environments
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovation solutions
• Relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
