Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions Design, describe, and manage the solution Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the PoC Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders. Design chatbot and GenAI architecture Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning. Familiarity with chatbot development platforms and tools. Design and Implement Conversational Experiences Create and maintain Conversational content, including responses, prompts, and messaging scripts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment Continuously assess and enhance the user Experience of Conversational interfaces, making recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices. Strong understanding of user Experience (UX) principles and Conversational Design best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate with technical teams. Working Experience with Azure Services, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Open AI, Zammo.ai
