Your Role

• Develop and Implement GenAI Strategies: Lead the formulation of comprehensive strategies for integrating Generative AI into business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify Use Cases: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for Generative AI applications across various domains.
• Solution Design and Deployment: Architect and oversee the deployment of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Deep learning and ML expertise: Excellent understanding of data-science and machine learning techniques & algorithms for supervised & unsupervised problems, NLP and computer vision. Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical inference & testing, etc.

• Monitoring and Optimization: Establish monitoring frameworks to assess the performance of deployed AI models, implementing continuous improvement processes based on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, effectively communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies and methodologies, driving innovation within the organization.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 10-15 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in LLM frameworks, AI model deployment, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and a good grasp on hyper-scalers and cloud technologies
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
