Gen AI Data Scientist Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Data Scientist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI, also including ML engineering with API deployment and MLOps. Experience in Computer Vision is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply deep learning techniques and realize state-of-the-art paper theory into industrial development.
Work with Large Language Models (GPT and Open source) to solve complex challenges, including instruction tuning, LLMs orchestration.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work independently to drive projects from concept to completion.
Ensure high-quality results with attention to detail.
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field.
4+ years of experience in data science roles.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Solid experience in transfer learning (few-shot, zero-shot), model evaluations and API deployment.
Solid experience in LLMs orchestration with LangChain or similar framework.
Experience with version control (Git) and machine learning operations (MLOps) for deploying and monitoring models. (Knowledge of tools like Docker, and Kubernetes would also be helpful)
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Azure cloud services.
