What will you do? What are we looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure and cost-effiective cloud architecture
• Develop and maintain cloud strategy including adoption plans and migration strategies
• Assess existing infrastructure and recommend improvements, upgrades, and optimizations for the AI cloud platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and enable critical cloud services for AI platform.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services and technologies based on organizational requirements and industry trends
• Lead cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on cloud architecture principles and best practices
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles including compute, storage, and networking services

Minimum Required Skills

• Experience with advanced cloud services including ML, big data, and serverless computing
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience leading cloud project planning such as design, deployment, and migration
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Experience with advanced cloud services including ML, big data, and serverless computing
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (docker and Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization techniques

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes (Openshift/GKE/AKS)
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Storage and Cloud Data warehouse services (GCS/BigQuery)
• Advanced knowledge of AI cloud services (Vertex AI or AzureML)
• Experience with Big Data and engineering using industry tools (e.g. Apache Spark)
• Experience with enterprise migrations (e.g. application, data, infrastructure)
