Gen AI-Automation Consultant Full-time

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for automation within existing processes, evaluating their suitability and potential benefits.
Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate automation and Gen AI tools and technologies.
Design and architect automation solutions, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, security, customer preference etc.
Suggest the automation solutions aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.
Oversee the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
Integrate generative AI capabilities into automation solutions to enhance their functionality and decision-making abilities.
Work closely with multiple stake holders to get the solution designed & implemented
Monitor and optimize automation solutions to ensure ongoing performance and value delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:

Certifications in automation or AI technologies.
Experience in in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and deep learning.
Knowledge of industry-specific automation best practices.
Experience in Application Management Services
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

6-11 years of IT experience in automation and/or software development and/or IT Infrastructure management
Expertise in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Selenium) & Gen AI tools (open AI, GitHub Co-Pilot, Gemini, Llama etc.)
Strong understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., RPA, Webdriver, BPM, iPaaS).
Deep understanding of SDLC phases or ITIL framework
Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
