YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Gen AI architect to design and lead Gen AI new solutions for projects. Gen AI is a cutting-edge technology that enables creating and deploying AI models without coding and Intelligent SW and systems. You will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and architecture of Gen AI solutions for various domains and use cases. You will also mentor and guide teams of Gen AI and SW engineers.

YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• At least 9 years of experience in SW engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• At least 2 years of experience in Gen AI or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Gen AI concepts, tools, frameworks and platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

It would be nice if you also have:
• Certification in Gen AI or related technologies.
• Experience in leading or managing teams.
• Knowledge of various domains and use cases for Gen AI solutions.
• Experience in Automotive, Life Sciences or Telecom industries.

To apply for this job, you must have:
• At least 2 years of experience in Gen AI or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Gen AI concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Technical knowledge on the following concepts: RAG, AI Agents, RAG pipeline (document processing and extract data), multimodal models, prompting and Python
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

You must also have:
• Be fluent in English.
• Be willing to work in hybrid being at least 2 days in the office near teams.
• Be available to travel occasionally to other countries for meetings or workshops.

No certificates are required for this job, but certification in Gen AI or related technologies is a plus.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

• As a Gen AI architect, you will:
  • Design and develop Gen AI solutions that meet the business requirements and objectives of the clients.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Gen AI projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, scalability, and security of Gen AI solutions.
  • Research and evaluate new Gen AI technologies and trends.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Gen AI team and stakeholders.
