Create and maintain Conversational content, including responses, prompts, and messaging scripts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment
Continuously assess and enhance the user Experience of Conversational interfaces, making recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Strong understanding of user Experience (UX) principles and Conversational Design best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
