At PwC – AC, as an GCP Gen AI Senior Developer, the candidate will interact with Offshore Manager/ Onsite Business Analyst to understand the requirements and the candidate is responsible for end-to-end implementation of Cloud data engineering solutions.The candidate should have strong experience in Gen AI, Vertex AI in google services . Strong in planning and organization skills. Ability to work as cloud developer/lead on an agile team and provide automated cloud solutions.

Years of Experience: Candidates with 4-8 years of hands on experience

Position Requirements:

Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience working in Gen AI, Vertex AI, GCP Services

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

2. Utilize various generative AI techniques and patterns, including:

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Semantic search

Text-to-image generation

Text-to-speech synthesis

Grounding

Code generation

4. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflows and applications.

5. Develop and maintain infrastructure for training, deploying, and serving generative AI models at scale on GCP.

6. Monitor, evaluate and optimize LLM model performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.

7. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI research and development.

9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the capabilities and limitations of generative AI models.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.

2. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

3. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably GCP.

4. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

5. Knowledge of generative AI models and techniques, including RAG, semantic search, and various text-to-X generation models.

6. Excellent coding skills in Python or other relevant programming languages.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Experience with large language models (LLMs) like PaLM,Gemini, GPT-3, or claude, Gen AI, Vertex AI

10. Experience with reinforcement learning (RL) techniques for generative AI.

11. Experience with building and deploying production-grade AI systems.

12. Experience with responsible AI development and deployment practices.
