Executive Manager – Gen AI Full-time

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reporting Gen AI Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI-driven reporting solutions to enhance our data analytics capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, data visualization, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Create Architecture (Conceptual, Logical & Physical) for Reporting Gen Ai Technical Solution Design.
  • Develop a comprehensive architecture framework that includes conceptual, logical, and physical layers. This framework should define the structure, processes, and components needed for effective AI4BI solutions using Generative AI.
• Work closely with the Platform Team to develop required features or capabilities, assist in testing and scaling.
  • Engage collaboratively with the Platform Team to identify necessary features and capabilities for implementation. Participate actively in testing phases to ensure functionality and scalability, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Act as the intermediary between the Reporting Ai Engineering Team and the Platform Team to communicate platform capabilities, issues, and concerns, and facilitate resolution.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the Reporting AI Engineering Team and the Platform Team. Relay information about platform functionalities, address any issues or concerns raised, and assist in finding timely and effective resolutions.
• Conduct research on Generative Ai Technology to ensure the team stays updated with market trends.
  • Perform ongoing research into advancements and trends within Generative AI technology. Share findings with the team to keep everyone informed and ensure the integration of cutting-edge techniques and tools.
• Provide technical leadership to the Reporting Ai Engineering Team and assist in resolving issues.
  • Offer guidance and expertise to the Reporting AI Engineering Team on technical matters. Help troubleshoot problems and provide solutions, fostering a collaborative and proactive problem-solving environment.
• Ensure all Reporting Ai Solutions are built according to the Technical Design.
  • Oversee the development process to confirm that all solutions adhere strictly to the predetermined technical design specifications. Conduct regular reviews and checks to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Ensure all Reporting Ai Solutions comply with PepsiCo’s Responsible Ai & GenAi standards.
  • Verify compliance with PepsiCo’s policies on Responsible AI and Generative AI standards throughout the solution development lifecycle. Implement best practices and ethical guidelines to uphold these standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work with various departments to gather detailed reporting needs. Translate these requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications to guide the engineering team.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in GenAi and reporting technologies and apply them to enhance existing solutions.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in both Generative AI and reporting technologies. Apply this knowledge to improve current solutions, ensuring they remain innovative and efficient.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or a related field preferred
• 10-14 years overall experience; 4+ years of professional experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions
• Proven experience in developing GenAI-driven using solutions various tech stacks like, Knowledge Graphs, AI Agents, AI Search, Meta data catalogue and more.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms like, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Experience / involvement in organization wide digital transformations preferred
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in reporting.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.

Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics best practices.
